We only take 3 clients per day. The deposit ensures your slot is genuinely reserved and prevents no-shows. The ₱500 is deducted from your total — it is not an extra charge.
No problem — message us on WhatsApp at least 24 hours before and we will move your deposit to a new slot at no extra cost.
Generally 2–4 hours depending on hair length, thickness, and complexity. For very long or thick hair allow up to 5 hours. We will give you an accurate estimate when confirming your booking.
Absolutely. Charles & James Studio is a premium unisex studio — we serve all genders and all hair types. Inclusive is part of our identity.
We are at DLS Building, Basak North Central Highway, Mandaue City, Cebu 6014. We will send you a Google Maps pin when we confirm your booking via WhatsApp.
